I need help immediately

I’m out of in income, soon to lose my house and In debt form putting the repairs, parts, paints, pipes, plaster, ceiling tile, compressor on my credit cards—All coming due now and before this. I worked in the store from December 2008 thru March 2009 and then was forced out by all the lies from the banker. I was evicted on false accusations that the banker in his Emails to the landlord repeatedly said that he never wanted any court where their star witness turned out to be my best witness, admitting that he never had any proof.
Now the landlord has my prospect that was going to take the place and reimburse me for my time and out pocket expenses for the repairs to the landlord’s equipment (Repair never done by previous tenant).
The landlord is attempting to have me pay for this new tenant until the end of five year lease I stupidly signed.
I better the store and the landlord is stating that he had to rent for less to the new tenant who only knew of the place because of me, other wise he would be in there. If the new tenant (who is a total stranger to me) doesn’t pay the rent the landlord is putting it on me.
They stole the store and my three months of cleaning it. Others who looked at the store, walked away, and never wanting to take away such a filthy mess,
He also wants me to pay for the difference in the rent every month the tenant is n there.
Also I if go after the Banker for my damages — The landlord’s attorney will jack up his cost and sue me for his time. From, $187.50 to $6750.00.
This is instantly and I need help immediately. The judge his paid for the clerks report to the landlord or his attorney on what I might do.
