Lawn care service for York Street Homes (DALLAS MESQUITE)
Yes I got a call from York Street Homes agent and ask me If I would like to get the business of the lawn care I say yes she offer me lower price of what I charge but the volume of the properties was good I start on march April and may of this year I stop the service when they stop answering my calls they tell me i was going to get paid by wire transfer.
She request to take before and after photos of each property.
I still have the photos and email from York Street Homes the person I spoke was Abril Carnahan and Lilia Carnahan.

York Street Properties vehemently disagrees with the assertions in these malicious, anonymous comments concerning our business conduct. While we do not wish to speculate as to someone else’s motives, maybe the postings are motivated by the current multi-trillion dollar crisis in the domestic financial/real estate market. If that’s true, their focus might be more appropriately directed elsewhere. York Street Properties, like nearly every person and business, suffered in 2008 and the early part of 2009.

WELL THIS IS TRUE I OWN AND OPERTATE THE LAWN CARE SERVICE AND IF YORK STREET PROPERTIES IS DECLAINE THIS COMENTS I HAVE OVER 30 E-MAIL AND PHONE CALLS FROM YSP.
CONTACT NAME ABRIL CANAHAN AND LILIA CARNAHAN THEY HIRE ME AND OFFER BIG VOLUME OF YARDS FOR MY COMPANY BUT I NEVER GOT PAID I ONLY SERVICE FOR FEW MONTHS.
I CURRENTLY I AM WORKING WHIT A LOCAL TV NEWS IN THE DALLAS AREA BECASE THEY REFUSE TO PAY THE INVOICES DUE.

Over $300,000 has been reported with specific details and there is more from debtors who has withheld details from that website but are claiming legitimate debts. In fact, there are postings all over the web from different comapnies.
The comments that York Street Homes, York Street Properties and Lance Puig (1-man CEO) made in this posting are typical of their style….. empty promises.
I have held out for a long time to get paid what they owe (9,758.00). They have no intentions of paying back any monies. This leaves only an aggressive legal action.
When they say their name has been besmirched, it’s COMPLETELY DESERVED, these companies operated by Lance Puig should be avoided at all costs! There are plenty of honorable businesses that pay their debts but these are not some of them.
