MarksEnterprise Affiliate Highjack is a Ripoff Beware

I purchased the Affiliate Highjack program & VIP package. It guaranteed 100% refund if not happy. I cannot even get an email to them as they reject my username and email. The phone numbers are out of order, they don’t answer emails and I have not received my refund. They even called me to sell me more stuff but would not help me get my money back, gave me a number that no one answers, the other is out of order.

http://www.needcustomerservice.com rejects me as a customer, yet they say I am registered. I tried swerg as well unsuccessfully. I just want my guaranteed refund.

My order numbers are  U128084601 &  U128249801. The number they gave me is 310-214-9142, the email is sales@marksenterprise.com

I have tried multiple times to contact them, the phone numbers are not in service. Nick Marks phoned me to sell me more and I asked how to receive a refund, he gave me a phone number that no one answers and an email that I get no response to. The SWERG numbers don’t work nor do their emails. I tried to get my money back through paypal but they won’t help. The customer service they give won’t work or let me sign in. I tried to make another account but they say I am registered so when I try to log in to request a refund it locks me out saying I am not registered.  http://www.needcustomerservice.com.

  • Hello Jennifer,

    I searched your name and found your $34 purchase back in June 4th, I also verified your account was refunded on August 6th an email confirming such refund was sent to the email address on file the same day. Refund requests are honored almost immediately, the processing time varies from 2 to 5 days and if purchases were made using paypal accounts sometimes may take up to 10 days. I searched by using your email criteria and couldn’t find a refund request prior to August however; I processed your request as soon as I received it :(

      I think I tried to contact them through my other email as well. These emails went to a white screen after I sent them so I had a feeling they weren’t processed. Seems strange to me if I have a copy in my outbox but you coudn’t find a refund request. I found it impossible to get through to anyone, get a response or a refund.

      I don’t know how you got a hold of them so quickly and easy and got me a refund as well. However, I think you are amazing to help people out. I am glad I found your website!

      • Well it goes like this when you talk to business on their own support sites it is just between you and them.
        But when RipoffRecount is posted on Web logs it is between you, and them and the whole world obviously businesses are concerned about their reputation, this makes all the difference, we contacted them and they had to come out of their support sites to talk to you.

  • In truth, immediately i didn’t understand the MarksEnterprise Affiliate Highjack . But after re-reading all at once became clear.

    • Do you know? the Chinese and Russians are great spammers these days they have very little left with them, this is not related to MarksEnterprise Affiliate Highjack.

    The order you have listed (u305618901)does not belong to our shop nor was processed for our company. SWREG processes orders for hundreds of different merchants, all orders they process do start with the letter U. My suggestion would be for you to contact SWREG directly, their customer support is very efficient and reply to customers requests promptly, just provide them with your order number so they can assist you locating the company you have made the purchase from.

  • I too keep being charged $17.00 once or twice per month from SWREG for a variety of “U” sales orders. I have no record of a repeat order for anything from them. Receipt always says for S/H? I have not reeived anything from them, so I have no idea what is being S/H to me. I’ve contacted the site, written to paypal, contacted my credit card, but no one answers my queeries. I did get one email saying that a $17.00 charge was refunded last June, but I still have 3 more $17.00 charges still on my charge card. It’s a nightmare – don’t ever order something that has SWREG as the vendor. This situation has been driving me crazy for the past 6 months. No one responds.
