I did get one email saying that a $17.00 charge was refunded last June, but I still have 3 more $17.00 charges still on my charge card. It's a nightmare - don't ever order something that has SWREG as the vendor. This situation has been driving me crazy for the past 6 months. No one responds. I think I tried to contact them through my other email as well. These emails went to a white screen after I sent them so I had a feeling they weren’t processed. Seems strange to me if I have a copy in my outbox but you coudn’t find a refund request. I found it impossible to get through to anyone, get a response or a refund.
