Thanks but you have left out the finer points, the product you purchased and the name of the person/organization that have afflicted you, please email us or post the full story with complete references informing us about whom to contact regarding this and include every possible detail with quotes from the emails and any legal recourse you would have taken so that we can help you.

The order you have listed (u305618901)does not belong to our shop nor was processed for our company. SWREG processes orders for hundreds of different merchants, all orders they process do start with the letter U. My suggestion would be for you to contact SWREG directly, their customer support is very efficient and reply to customers requests promptly, just provide them with your order number so they can assist you locating the company you have made the purchase from.
