Cannot get refund for Perfect money formula, Marks Enterprise

I purchased the Perfect money formula. It guaranteed 100% refund if not happy. I cannot even get an email to them as they reject my username and email.
They don’t answer emails and I have not received my refund. The email is sales@marksenterprise.comMy order number is U395560801.
