Michael Palazzo comes om to women like he is a smooth operator. He asked me to use a credit card for a purchase and he would give me a check for the amount.
The purchase was in the amount of $577.40. He calls me up a holiday weekend and claims checking account on which the check was drawn on had to be closed due to someone stealing his checks. Likely story after the check was written out to me. Has said for the past two weeks, he would replace it with postal money order.
When questioned where the check was sent to he claims he was out of town and his father was suppose to take care of it. I am now filing charges with the Flordia State Attorney’s off for fraudelent check issued to me.

Listed below are all the emails Michael Palazzo – Boca Raton Florida has had conversation with me about his worthless check writing. He now thinks he has a right to threaten me for asking for my money! The check was issued to me on 9/5/2009 and as of today 9/28/2009, I still have not been paid for the worthless check. He can say anything he wants the fact remains HE OWES ME the money. Please take note of how many times he says he is taking care of the matter. I am not sure where he has been pro-active in handliung this matter. If you know something I dont, please let me know.
Michael:I will tell you that I am rip roaring mad over this situation. I was doing something to help you out and I feel like you really took me for a ride. I think you know my situation and I didn’t have this money laying around. I am sorry for the lost of your phone, your checkbook or whatever else happened. I find it very strange all this happened to you after you wrote me that check. I should have put things together when you said they would not let you charge more then $500.00 on your credit card. I would suggest that you replace this check with cash ASAP as I have a bill to pay this week.

He issued a check to after the account was closed! The check was dated Sept 5th and the account was closed prior to the issued date. Does that give you a clear picture of this scammer?

Regarding this post, the individual who is making these claims has posted both my personal and business contact information, along with my address, which is a violation of my privacy rights prescribed by law. As to the accusations in her claim, this matter was a personal loan and not related to a purchase.
This matter is being proactively handled and payment will be made to her of this personal loan. The aggravating facts which are untrue and wholly misleading in this matter are simply that this was and is not a check fraud case. Unfortunately, people can say whatever they choose to say, and the fall out can be staggering. This person has been contacted on several occasions, and still holds to her story of misinformation and untruths.
As the claims herein are are both unsubstantiated and not true, I would respectfully request that this posting be removed without further delay.

He has been successful sued by FRANKLIN COVEY for unethical practices.
If you are hired with a contract. Expect him to change it on a whim. He will ad commissions so that you will “be paid ” what you were stated. YOU Will NEVER GET PAID. You will call , email and beg. You will not get paid.
If youa re on sales staff. He will sell you a GREAT DREAM of what you will make.

He states he runs :THE LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE : workshops.
Micheal Palazzo Productions is run out of him home office. Michael Palazzo productions put out advertising and had many people from out of state fly into Raleigh,NC. to begin selling for his these workshops . He never re-reimbursed these employees for thier airfare as promised. He never paid thier expenses as stated in his own contract.

All customers of the now terminated corporation have been satisfied with reference to payments for events produced. All unsatisfied debits for vendors and procurement contracts have been included in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing.

On October 6, I received a phone call and many text messages from Mr. Palazzo begging me to stop this posting and he would pay up. Well guess what another empty promise. His $577.40 has now turned into $800.00. Mr. Palazzo was served a civil lawsuit on October 7th. I am sure he was shocked when the sheriff showed up at his house. He will now have to appear before the Judge in the beginning of Nov. I will keep you updated as things progress.
well let us hope this turns out to be another solved case for us and Mr. Michael Palazzo is a happy man again sans these vindictive posts.
Well the saga continues with Mr. Palazzo. He shows up to court on November 17th and he makes a deal with the mediator he would pay 992.00 (includes court costs). He cant pay it all at one time so he requests to pay $100.00 per week until it is paid off. The first payment was due on or before November 27th with a 5 day grace period. the grace period ended on Dec 4th and guess what NO CHECK! What a surprise! He has the nerve to call me on Thursday to ask me if I wanted to meet him or drop the check off at my house. nOTHING LIKE WAITING UNTIL THE 11TH HOUR! I text him to drop off at my house. He calls me at 9:00 the morning of Dec 4th to ask me if he drop the check off or mail it to me. I had to remind him the grace period for the check was on Dec 4th. He needs to figure it out on how to get me the check on the Dec 4th. He tells me he has to work until 5:30 but would drop the check off by 8:30. That didn’t happen either! Maybe the San Antonio police dept and Oregon police dept need to now the scam artist they are dealing with! I will be back to court on Monday morning first thing with regard to the breech of the agreement. As I have said he is all talk and no action! I will also file criminal charges for passing on a fraudlent check. Believe me Mr. Palazzo you have not heard the last of this and for the matter either has anyone on the internet! Michael palazzo wrote 2 checks totalling over $250 on a closed account. The fl state atty’s office has tried repeatedly to collect on my behalf, but he has consistently lied to them by not calling in & paying on the dates that he promised. They have all the correspondences on file for my use so that i may take him to civil court where i am told he would then be responsible not only for all court costs, but i may be awarded trebel damages (3x the amount owed). I do believe that he will be prosecuted as the state atty does in fact know that he is a repeat offender. I just hope that i get paid before he goes to jail.

As of this time, I still have not been able to confirm if Christopher Michael Pallazo was in fact arrested last night by the Houston Police Department while changing planes at Houston Hobby Airport. A close source reported to me that he was picked up by HPD on an outstanding warrant out of Fort Worth, and they would transfer him to their custody. This source further advised me that he complained of chest pains and was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital. I suspect that he scammed the Police to evade arrest, they would not let him go, they would hand-cuff him to the stretcher and get him medically cleared and then off to jail. As I get details, I will update and post.

I spoke to Richard today at Seaview Optical and he did infact verify the validity of his post. When I confronted Christopher on behalf of every person on this site that complained, he denied all the claims and said, “Take a breath big boy, let it out, focus, vent it out, let the hostility leave your body” and I said Christopher, WTF, do you think I am one of your followers of your fake leadership programs, get real. James, if he wrote you the check in Coral Springs, you would want to go to the Police Depatment on Coral Springs Drive, they have a walk up window for worthless checks. You can call (954)344-1800 for information. If it happened in Sunrise, they do the same. They will give you a case number to take to the Broward State Attorney’s Office. The more complaints they have, the better it is, you could file a small claims and get a judgment but if you are a small business and can’t spare the time, try on a slow day or if you are in the area, to file. He is a total scumbag and I was told that he had a much larger bail, bottom line is he was booked into jail for THEFT, and there are more warrants waiting, but they are local pick up orders only so he will be tracked by state, and when he is in NY, they will have him and in Florida etc..there is no extradition on these local warrants. He can run, but will never be able to hide.

As we have been unable to bring resolution to the postings you have made on line. Your comments and assertions as to my “intent: and motivation to scam and cause harm to future clients has created a negative senerio for my business and personally. Much of what you have written is both untrue, and in many cases, a wild fabrication of the truth.
Having made repeated attempts to have you retract what is untrue and mere speculation on your part, has seeming been ignored. Being left with no other choice, I’ve contacted an attorney who has indicated that I do have a cause of action. As such, since you were given information by Vinnette Bornstein, she would be liable as a co-defendant in any civil action. I am prepared to move ahead with any recommendation by my attorney , which includes, but will not be limited to litigation.
This matter can easily be disposed of by with the retraction of what was posted. Either way, your comments are defamatory and have met the legal standard for a civil action. If I do not hear from you within 24 hours of this email, I will notify my counsel and advise that we proceed accordingly. I trust that since you remain committed to upholding the law and the constitution of the United States, you will not participate or cause others to participate in actions that violate the law.
I have copied Vinnette’s attorney on this email as she will be named as a co-defendant in this matter. I trust that you will do the right this as to avoid an unwanted situation.

AND to add insult to injury this worthless scumbag called me a few weeks later to ask me to remove the the earlier post on this site He was promising he would cover the bad check in a few weeks and how he was just a poor mis-guided soul who was bad with a checkbook.Also how he was working with a lawyer to fix all of his little mishaps. BULLSHIT! He obviously reads this post! THEN he called me AGAIN about another week after that. He wanted to get the exact amount he owed me with bank return charges. AGAIN BULLSHIT! If you read my posts at the very beginning of this string of posts, Palazzo had threaten me as well telling me I better retract my postings on this site or he would have his attorney take legal action for defaming his name! He is so full of SHIT! What attorney would defend a scumbag like him?? Last time a checked, Attorney’s dont work for free! I just cant believe this scumbag is still walking the streets. I dont know why he cant be put away for all the worthless checks he has been passing along for years! He loves to threaten all his victims after is has fucked them over! Worthless Checks – Florida Laws & Penalties
If you pass a check that you have reasonable knowledge will not clear the bank, or if you write a check on a closed account you could face a worthless check charge. Though common, the penalty for worthless checks is anything but light.
Worthless checks is a 1st degree misdemeanor charge that carries a potential sentence of up to 1 year in jail and fines up to $1,000. However, if there are multiple checks that add up to more than $150 or the value of a single worthless check is over $150 you will face 3rd degree felony charges and a potential sentence of up to 15 years in prison and fines up to $10,000.
I too was a victim of Michael’s scamming. He still owes me $200 which I will probably never see. He has a sickness and I sincerely hope he gets help. I made the mistake of lending him money as well as being a personal reference to a landlord in Florida. What a mistake. Now he’s hiding behind God. I am so sorry Michael screwed all of you people as well! BTW, here’s a letter he sent me earlier this year. Notice how he’s ALWAYS the victim! And he’s trying to teach leadership to law enforcement agencies??? WTF????

Hello Bud -
I wanted to wish you a Happy New Year and hope that things are going well for you. I expect that 2011 will be a great year. So much, as you know has happened last year. The failure of my business, the loss of my home, and being homeless for almost 6 months, was, to say the least, devastating and totally humiliating. I have been living like a vagabond and I must tell you that life in this fashion is nothing to be envied. The loss of all money, my car being repossessed and the reality that Chapter 7 BK was the only way to make a clean cut from the past, the many unrelenting creditors and debits that have piled up, on on top of the other.
I have decided to come back home to New York and am making a fresh and clean start. The only thing I had left was Jesus, and my relationship with him is deeper, more meaningful, and sweeter than ever. I am so thankful that he is interested and willing to be involved in the daily decision of my life. Everything I do, say and think is about how I can be the man he desires me to be. I am even using a daily devotional and can with great assurance that my prayer life has increased immensely as a result.
I still have my struggles, but they are much less than ever before. I am experiencing happiness and learning how to be joyful in all things. While I am just getting settled here, I am looking for a place to live, and when I find one, hopefully soon, I will need to arrange to have my stuff shipped from storage back up north. I cannot wait to be in a position to have a place of my own again, and be sure of this….. I will ensure that my finances and lifestyle in no way cause me to lose my home, ever again.
As to the obvious question, the money I owe you $200.00. There is no sold answer as of today. However, I will make this a priority and as soon as I am able, I will be sure to pay what I owe you. I have learned over these past six months, it’s better to under promise and be true to my word, then to over promise and be seen as untruthful. If I truly see myself as an Ambassador of Christ, accordingly, I must conduct myself as such. I know that you understand and respect that without question or doubt.
I need to stop here as I have a call I need to make, I hope things are better for you.

Michael called me this morning (twice)…restricted phone #. He hung up on me the first time without speaking. The second call, he says my name, I recognize who it is…then I hung up. Michael, if you are reading this (and it seems you ARE), then please only contact me a letter including the CASH you owe me. That’s the only contact that you need to make.

Bud, you are so right. He is a very sick person with evil intentions. I have a trap system on my telephone lines that go through an 800 number. I pay a small fee when a person calls from a restricted telephone, and even if they block their number, I get a read out of the number. He is calling from his Verizon Wireless Cell (954)290-6300. Until he bounces a check with them, his phone is still connected. When the warrant is issued from Broward County, I will be able to “Ping” his cell-phone and get a good address from the GPS tower to locate him so that he can be taken into custody. The more complaints that are filed with the Broward State Attorneys Office, the better as this will increase the severity of his crime, thus resulting in a higher bail ammount. So far there are five signed complaints and documented victims. I commend everyone on this site whom took the time to go to their office to file. Additionally, there were three other victims not posted here whom also filed. As far as him giving motivational speeches to Law Enforcement Agencies, I sent a letter to at least five hundred Law Enforcement Agencies nationwide as well as e-mails explaining his actions and directing them to read about him on this site. I also enclosed a copy of his booking photograph as well as letters from his supposed training references who advised he never attended courses, and it is my speculation that he listened to a motivation CD and bought a book or two and said in his sick mind “I can do that and scam them for money to listen”. None of his training references check out. Most departments that replied to my correspondence advised that they saw this site when they Googled his name, and the others ran him through NCIC (National Crime information Center) and noted his criminal history and notified the training Captains of the situation. I commend you for sharing your facts with us. It is people like you who make this site work. I don’t care if it was for two thousand dollars or two hundred dollars, the bottom line is that he screwed you and should pay up. His game of bankruptcy and the thought that he can just bounce and bounce and bounce checks, and then say, “hey, I included you as a creditor” is such clear bull-shit. IT CAN’T BE DONE!!!! I will continue to help anyone whom needs assistance to file.
I filed papers today at the State Attorneys Office and spoke to an investigator who told me that he was told that Christopher M. Palazzo was in jail in Texas and had to cancel a lecture in New Mexico. He lied to the Police in New Mexico about his education and qualifications. He was paid upfront for the lecture and now they demanded he send them the checks back but he cashed the checks and spent the money. They have filed charges against him for fraud and theft of the money they sent him. He is such a scam artist that he is ripping off police departments. This guy is sick. We had gone to the mall together and he had picked out cloths and shoes but told me he left his wallet home so I bought him these things. He told me he would pay me back and he gave me a check that bounced. He is a gay creep and I never want to see him again. I may never get my money, but I hope that what they said is true, he will go to jail for 5 years. What comes around, goes around.

This message is being posted as an update to all the great people on this site who contacted me for advice regarding the CRIMINAL ACTIONS of CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL PALAZZO, aka MICHAEL PALAZZO aka LEADERSHIP ADVISORS, LA EXECUTIVE COACHING who perpetrated DECEPTION, WORTHLESS CHECKS, and FRAUD. Now he has started to stalk me, harass me, and threaten my welfare as well as my family’s welfare because I posted on this site. He truly believes that all these crimes he committed are “in the course of business” and has vowed to take my home, which he can’t, as well as threaten to cause financial and physical harm to myself and family members. All voice mail messages have been transcribed and are in possession of Law Enforcement Agencies, as a supplement to incident reports taken by said agency. On this date, Pallazo contacted my voice mail and left threatening messages because of recent posts by other victims.
