This Mr. Palazzo is a looser and a total scammer! He ripped my company off and several others in here in Raleigh NC. Now that I know where he lives and since I used to live in South Florida I am going have him served for the $600 he owes me and contact several other individuals he has ripped off!

I am sorry this scumbag ripped you off! The ironic part of all of this is Michael Palazzo presents this leadership workshop to law enforcement agencies! They have a criminal working right under their nose! I am going to reach out to the San Antonio Police Dept and Portland OR police dept as I know he has done work with these agencies. It is amazing to me that guy can work the streets! I know someday he will get his and then some! i will keep searchin until the law puts this scumbag behind bars!

This Guy came to the Sea View Optical In Delray Beach Fla, Feb of 2010 and made a purchase and paid by check, they check was made out for $649.00 left the store. Real smooth operator Total conman He is that good he is the president of a business called leadership Advisor’s based in Mission bay plaza in west Boca And this is a quote from him “Choosing to change our level of thinking requires that we be willing to challenge the status quo, and become the best we can be,” says Michael Palazzo, who plans and facilitates programs on leadership development.Any way the check was deposited and returned to the store because the account was closed months prior !!! Imagine that.Well we called micheal and he gave us the runaround like good conmen do.. Well micheal i have news for you. You will be hit with a civil lawsuit along with a criminal if i don’t get my payment of $649.00 and i will make sure that on everypost or blog you are involved with regarding this fake business you are running out there in the CES building is attacked and your character is assinated mr palazzo. The $649.00 you beat this family business out of will be the most costly $649 you will have ever experienced.

I started a small claims against Michael Palazzo in Raleigh, NC a year ago. Of course he did not show up for court here and I was granted a default judgment. Michael skipped town to Florida before any actions were taken and of course started the scam all over again. He declared bankruptcy several months after my default judgment here in NC. Anyhow, today I got in the mail 4/10/2010 where Florida is canceling his bankruptcy case for non-payment. Of course I never expected to see a dime from this jerk anyhow. Well the saga continues with Mr. Palazzo. He shows up to court on November 17th and he makes a deal with the mediator he would pay 992.00 (includes court costs). He cant pay it all at one time so he requests to pay $100.00 per week until it is paid off. The first payment was due on or before November 27th with a 5 day grace period. the grace period ended on Dec 4th and guess what NO CHECK! What a surprise! He has the nerve to call me on Thursday to ask me if I wanted to meet him or drop the check off at my house. nOTHING LIKE WAITING UNTIL THE 11TH HOUR! I text him to drop off at my house. He calls me at 9:00 the morning of Dec 4th to ask me if he drop the check off or mail it to me. I had to remind him the grace period for the check was on Dec 4th. He needs to figure it out on how to get me the check on the Dec 4th. He tells me he has to work until 5:30 but would drop the check off by 8:30. That didn’t happen either! Maybe the San Antonio police dept and Oregon police dept need to now the scam artist they are dealing with! I will be back to court on Monday morning first thing with regard to the breech of the agreement. As I have said he is all talk and no action! I will also file criminal charges for passing on a fraudlent check. Believe me Mr. Palazzo you have not heard the last of this and for the matter either has anyone on the internet! I guess I will be seeing you in court AGAIN!
