Able Auto in Gardena is Fraud # Complaints
Able auto in Gardena fraud beware Able Auto in Gardena cashed a $4,000.00 check in my name. I was an employee for 4 weeks and since they did not pay me, I took them to the Labor Board, at which time they showed the Commissioner a check in the amount of $ 4,000.00 I did NOT cash.They lied to the Commissioner and said they paid me in advance and that is not true. TWO female owner’s went to the bank and cashed a check IN MY NAME and kept the money! This is factual and I should have a right to tell the truth since I am a victim and also have PHOTOS of these people showing my personal info to their customers, passing out fliers to their customers & continually harassing me and my family whom are picketing.
I am a victim of Bank Fraud, Check Fraud, ID Theft, possible Grand Larceny and the male owner assualted me. Before these thieves con you too and tell you they did not harm me and my family financially and illegally, does your homework. Contact me for copies of all the info from the Labor Board, Police Department Report Number, emails from customers whom have been ripped off, and anything else you need. I have a right under the Constitution, to freedom of speech and press.
This is not slander since it is totally true and correct and I have evidence to back up all of the aforesaid statements.
I have an update: I have employed my wife and other family members to picket in front of Able Auto. I would not let these people have your sensitive banking info, as you can be a victim too. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!

I met a guy recently while picketing in front of Able Auto. He told me his wife took his car to Able Auto for a Smog, and one of the owner’s said the computer has diagnostics and told his wife they needed $ 1,100.00 in repairs!!! Able Auto clearly does not understand that SMOG ONLY means just that! It’s illegal guys! :)
I understand we can add on CHECK ENDOREMENT FRAUD to Able Auto’s resume. Able Auto is trying to hurt me by putting large signs in the front of their establishment with mine and my wife’s full name. Rather than hurt me, it seems to be hurting their business and reputation. In addition, it’s goign to cost them a huge lawsuit.
Able Auto was ordered through the Labor Board to pay my unpaid wages. They were also ordered to pay the penalty fees. As of yet, the deadline was last week. Still, Able Auto thinks they don’t even have to abide by a Court Order. Hard to believe, but won’t be difficult to collect!
If you, too, have been a victim, drop me a line. I’m still not giving up on an arrest either. Especially when the Owner admitted at the Labor Board that she and her sister cashed that check for $4,000.00!!! I’ll find a DA that will take this case. I’ll keep you posted!!!!
Wes ripped off many people in the late 1990’s through the early 2000’s and spent 2 years in state prison in 2005.
Looks like nothing ever changes with the infamous De Coppen Brothers…lol.
