Another Victim of Michael Palazzo
Michael Palazzo did not keep his word once again, and I’m finished playing. I worked for him from September 2, 2009 until October 2. He hired me as his personal “virtual” executive assistant. I worked from my home, with the exception of two face-to-face meetings (one in his home, one at a public location). Michael agreed to pay $20/hour, closing out weekly on Friday’s. He actually owes me $325, but I did not charge him for the two meetings or several phone calls. The invoice he received from me was for $225.
Michael Palazzo has my name and personal information on his websites and “office” voicemail. He has now exploited yet another single mother, preying on the vulnerable, gaining infinite pleasure from his scams.
His immoral behaviors toward me included lying, verbal sexual harassment, and swindling my time and money to the detriment of my family.

I have asked Michael not to contact me and he emailed me within the hour. He are two emails I received after my posting last night. One from Paypal, which I got an immediate copy of with a personal message from Michael, and one directly to me. He was harassing the other woman at midnight as well from what I read.
At 12:26 am, Michael Palazzo was able to access my Paypal account that he requested me to set up weeks ago to ease him in his ability to pay me. The invoice was for $225, the amount paid was $1.
Here is the message he left in writing to me:
The value of dollar is always in direct proportion to a persons worth. This is a TEST
This was followed by a second, threatening email:

Further to our conversation yesterday, the following excerpt was posted on the web by Suzi Schiffrin. I was contacted by Ms. Schiffrin’ advocate who indicated that she is willing to setting this matter and go away. However, her actions today clearly indicate otherwise.
I would like to file for tortuous interference in the sum of $50,000.00 against this person. I am not sure of her real estate holdings or assets, however she resides in Parkland Florida. Her baseless accusations of immoral and inappropriate behavior are both totally unsubstantiated, and false. Perhaps Ms. Schiffrin will reconsider her position once she is required to prove her claims and hire legal counsel to represent her interests in court. I refuse to allow anyone to defame my name, honor, and moral standing as a result of her substandard work and inability to refrain from airing mistruths.
I am available to meet with you this week to execute whatever documents necessary to commence litigation. I can be reached directly in my Florida office should you have any questions regarding this matter.

Michael Plaazzo does not have the resources to file law suits if he had he would have put them to better use paying off debts.
Michael Palazzo either has false verbal promises or false threats and plenty of time to spend, writing threatening emails to victims, there is absolutely no need to be scared of this man let us hope people find these pages that describe his real character.

I am sorry to say, you probably won’t ever get a refund! This man is a true scam artist! If you google Michael Palazzo, you will see all the people he has scammed from Carolinas, New York and now Florida. He is located in Boca Raton Florida. His number is listed on the posts listed on this site. I have contacted some of the people he has scammed and was told they were given many empty promises by Mr Palazzo. He talks a lot of BS. Trust me a could write a book on all of it. He loves to threaten his victims and trys to turn things around so he is the victim. I have taken him to small claims court! He is now in default of the agreement he signed. I am in the process of starting proceeding the seizing his property. I am sure he owns nothing but I will continue this until I find something he owns. It is very sad that this man deals with the police depts in San Antonio Texas, Oregon, Hawaii and pretends to be an upstanding citzen when is fact he is a SCAM ARTIST! Maybe they need to do their homework before hiring this man to do a seminiar for them.
