Oh how helpful and friendly at their office Wells Fargo they are. Wonderful kind people doing everything they can to give you a mortgage, but when you get laid off and can’t make the payments through no fault of your own they will no longer help you out.
Wells Fargo Mortgage will give you a phone number and you will become the “problem”, the “enemy”, the “unwanted , and annoying”. You will call this phone number and have to give out all your personal information every-time you call, and you will be talking to someone different every time, and every-time you call them you will have to tell your whole story to Wells Fargo Mortgage over and over because they don’t remember anything you said the last time and Wells Fargo Mortgage don’t communicate with each other so it takes weeks of phone calling to make any headway trying to get anything done on your behalf.
You find out very quickly that Wells Fargo Mortgage don’t care at all about you, but simply are slaves to a tangled web of a mishmash ed mess of a policy that must be entirely designed to put you off, make you mad, confuse your faith, defy all logic, and insulate the employees from your words of displeasure and disgust.
