Litton’s litigation history demonstrates the actions borrowers who can afford an attorney are forced to take in response to some of the typical worst-case behaviors, notably ignoring QWR letters and failing to provide payoff information for borrower refinancing. Their accomplices in some of these include well-known foreclosure mills, like Quality Loans out of San Diego, CA. The number of Federal Civil Lawsuits filed against Litton Loan Servicing is staggering.
There are strong “concerns” over non-compliance of ARM’s, Federal Fair Housing Act, Truth & Lending Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Real Estate Settlement Practices Act and much more.

ARE YOU A VICTIM? I AM and refuse to be anymore!! And I want to launch a multi-billion (yes I said “BILLION”) dollar lawsuit against them for predatory lending practices, SHUT THEM DOWN and pursue criminal complaints with the USD OJ.
