I too keep being charged $17.00 by Marks Enterprise once or twice per month from SWREG for a variety of “U” sales orders. I have no record of a repeat order for anything from them. Receipt always says for S/H? I have not reeived anything from them, so I have no idea what is being S/H to me.
I’ve contacted the site Marks Enterprise, written to paypal, contacted my credit card, but no one answers my queeries. I did get one email saying that a $17.00 charge was refunded last June, but I still have 3 more $17.00 charges still on my charge card. It’s a nightmare – don’t ever order something that has SWREG as the vendor.
This situation has been driving me crazy for the past 6 months. No one responds.

An automated email containing your order number, confirmation and program download was emailed to you immediately after your purchase. You purchased a digital study program/subscription billed monthly (once every 30 days) Our members are welcome to review the program for 30 days before the subscription becomes active, we did not receive any cancellation request from you within those 30 days but until September 10th. An email confirming your cancellation and refund of the last payment posted was sent to you on September 10th.
We appreciate each one of our members and strive to reply any requests or inquires within 24 hours from receiving such requests and/or inquires.

Came Across a website called marksenterprise.com, bought a package for US$7.00. Got into another sales pitch, not interested and tried to get out the sales page, another sales page opened and I closed the page. To my horror, I have purchased another two packages US$ 27.00 and US$197.00.
Under the agreement, I will have 8 weks to try out the products and I did not like it. Called the company 1-866-928-6085, constantly engaged. Googled the company, got information up till Dec 2009. Emailed the company sales@marksenterprise.com and nick@nicksmark.name, the email was returned and one did not send due to tapos error.
Tried to phone my credit company, it was shut until 8.00am the following day.
Wish ISP will provide information like credit/safety check for individual and apply that to companies.
Shall keep you posted with the outcome.

I was able to find your purchase of $27 from October 13, 2009. You were emailed an instant access to the program immediately after your purchase. I did not find any technical support or refund request submitted from you via email or over the phone in between October 2009 and May 10, 2010.
