VCA  PDZ  animal hospital, rip off report, I was quoted 4 times $289 to have my dog spayed never once was I told that the prices start at $289, I was told the price is $289 for the spay, and told several times “that includes everything” “the surgery, the sedation, nail clipping, pain meds to go home with”, then 2 nights before her surgery, they called and left a message on my machine stating it was actually going be closer to $500 for the surgery,

I call the hospital the following day and I spoke to the hospital manager that told me ” oh yes the price will be $289 she stated its right here in the charts, she said she would be there when I brought the dog in and that I would be paying $289,when I go in there she has the more expensive quote that I had just spoken to her about the day before then she tells me well am sorry it is actually going to be $489-$632 due to her weight and complications that can happen, what am wondering is what does “that includes everything mean”??,

First of all they never even weighed her, and they wrote down she couldn’t lift her to get her on the scale, when in fact they never even tried, then ,they tell you that it will be one price, then make you pay another Anyone else have issues with these people????
