I Want to SUE HRA department (Midtown)
Attn: Lawyers I wanted to see if it were possible to sue the HRA department (welfare).
This is a democracy in which the people are supposed to have the power. I have paid thousands of dollars in taxes throughout my working life and the HRA department treats me like a criminal when its my tax paying dollars to begin with.They claim to have an emergency system which I qualify for yet they are making me and countless others wait 45 days for funds. Their application system asks if you have urgent matters yet won’t activate you case until 45 days after application is approved.
Then they torture you by dropping you into the FEGS program along with hundreds of others. They treat me like an animal…a criminal, meanwhile it is my own tax paying dollars that I worked hard for. The HRA department does not at any point ask me how I feel about the processing nor do they give options. They have a torture system which is completely unfair considering I am the one who has the power in this democratic
nation.
I need to sue HRA under the grounds of the ignorance of my people power and
tax payer rights.

I’m with you !!! I got injured sheet rocking on the job, I injured my right toe, right knee, and lower back, currently waiting on surgery I wear a knee brace and walk with an cane. I’m an workers comp case ( this is another Joke!). Gave them all my medical records, and they still what me to go to some off the map ,place, on the train ,to then catch a bus.. to see there doctors to find out if I should be sent to work or not !!! you fu-king kidding me!!!!!
