HP Customer Care is a Scam

I bought a refurbished HP TX1000 notebook online with 9 months warranty period but it started giving troble first with wifi connection not showing and later screen used to turn black. When contacted HP customer care they showe ignorance about such faults. When I reserched on various forums I found there ate 1000s of victims like me who has this series of product which is defective by design. Actually the GPU in it gets overheated and gets disconnected with moherboard. Also wifi does not work. We paid lots of mney.
HP must recall this series of notebook which has defective design and exchange with better product or refund our money back.
