On June 10th 2010, J & J towing illegally towed my car from my residence. Upon getting my car back, i noticed some damage to the bumper that had not been there before. I contacted J & J towing to get their insurance information. The girl that answered the phone informed me that she would not give me the information. I’m pretty sure that was illegal also. I have done some research and found that J & J towing regularly conduct themselves this way. I am currently looking for any one else that has had problems with J & J towing. If anybody out there has had these problems, please reply. Also please inform the austin police department, the better business bureau, and 7 on your side, as i have contacted all of these organizations as well. If we all work together, maybe J & J towing will get what’s coming to them.

I am currently Dealing with J&J towing and they are criminal! I even won against them on my tow hearing and they refused to release my Truck to me after a Judgment saying they were appealing! They had not at that time filed a notice of appeal for even Then a Week later filed a notice for appeal through a an incompetent employee and Key Witness in the case! They are Truly a Corporation bound by Law to not be allowed to file notice of appeal or even appear without representation by an Attorney Bar Certified!
Corporations Must Have an Attorney and they are so Crooked Franklin Sapp they owner of Franklin Services Inc. Not registered officially by DBA “J&J Towing”
