I even won against them on my tow hearing and they refused to release my Truck to me after a Judgment saying they were appealing! They had not at that time filed a notice of appeal for even Then a Week later filed a notice for appeal through a an incompetent employee and Key Witness in the case! They are Truly a Corporation bound by Law to not be allowed to file notice of appeal or even appear without representation by an Attorney Bar Certified! Corporations Must Have an Attorney and they are so Crooked Franklin Sapp they owner of Franklin Services Inc.
