East Valley Financial| are Ripoff Scammers

Sep 10th, 2010 by Delores Racette in Service Ripoffs

I received a call from them offering to reduce my credit card interest by half or more.  After I said yes, it sounded like a good idea, he asked for $799 to be charged to one of my credit cards.  I asked when the charge goes through and he said right away.
I asked him what happens if the credit card company won’t negotiate a lower rate.

East Valley Financial said if they couldn’t save me $2000 they would return the money.  I then told him, I have to pay interest on the $799 waiting to see if they saved me $2000.
East Valley Financial talked every which way but loose to convince me it was a good thing.  I told them I needed to talk to my husband and he got obnoxious so I said “No”. The first call came from an “Unknown” caller and was a non-existent #.  Second call came from Washington but was also a non-existent number.

Can’t imagine why.

  • I was called by East Valley Financial with the same offer. They said that it was “guaranteed”. However I was not allowed to read their Guarantee, until it came to me in the mail, after I had made a $795 non-refundable transaction. When I received the package from them and read the Guarantee, I knew that it was not for me because it stated that I must maintain on-time payments while working with them, and I never would have dealt with them, had I not reached the point where I knew that was becoming impossible. My credit card refused to dispute their “no refund” policy, so I added $795 to my credit card debt for nothing!

  • Stupid fool people on phones calling off of speed dial lists. Call several times a day do not subscribe to their tactics. This is something no one should need to use.

This is such a great resource that you are providing and you give it away for free. I enjoy seeing websites that understand the value of providing a prime resource for free. I truly loved reading your post. Thanks!
