ebaymotors refused to pay under the guarantee .I communicated with them several times.
I talked to the dealer and he was quite ignorant and refused to help me .This was a very low mile car and according to the ebay listing it was in excellent shape and
was stated by ebay on this site that they provide up to $50,000. in free Vehicle Purchase Protection to This Vehicle This is the second vehicle that was misrepresented to me .The last one was actually in a flood .This dealer had a 100% feedback.
He also asked to be sure to give him a positive feedback on this deal.
This car was junk to say the least . Ebaymotors is full of many dishonest dealers and others
It is time we all consider a class action suit against Ebaymotors who falsely represent dishonest auto dealers.

everyone i wish u a happy new year. what am i supposed to do after not receiving any reply from u .i just would like to know what u have done for me and what the purpose of your ripoffrecount is, i will soon foreward my complaint to the FTC for their perusal, the dealer is gone but he told me he would just open a new business under a new name and ebaymotors will allow it
