Lifetime Income Report’s ’10-86’ Plan Tease Is a Swindle
Aug 4th, 2011 by anthony Tran in Service Ripoffs
Jim Nelson’s Lifetime Income Report and his newsletter is a ripp off. His promise “Scandinavian Income Certificate”
is a scam ….no such free money from Norway.
Stupid funky marketing pitches, people pay attention to them while marketers put in the curiosity behind them with mystified terms such as 10-86, Gas Pump Revenge, etc all this while they have a good supply of SEC lawsuits around the corner against them.
Congratulations America!

What Jim Nelson is pitching today? Some time back he was touting “Scandinavian Income Certificates” now he is back up with his latest tease 10-86 plans and some kind of Gas Pump Revenge running an ad for his Lifetime Income Report
Follow his advice and using a “little known ‘loophole’” signed into law by Ronald Reagan.
Jim Nelson has stopped running the Scandinavian Income Certificates ad that has been menacing for almost year now.
“10-86” are pipeline companies — which are publicly traded master limited partnerships (MLPs), Arguably MLPs in their present sort were signed into law by /under Ronald Reagan in the mid-1980s, I guess Jim Nelson got number style “10-86″ from the fact that the tax reform act was, approved as a rule in October … the tenth month … of 1986 and nothing more to it, sufficient, to put essential, suspense element in the tease.
10-86 is just a mysterious reference to MLPs
That said Terra Nitreogen should also be a “10-86″ company.
Sick of getting gouged when gas prices go up?
How about using Lifetime Income Report’s ’10-86’ Plan this little-known “loophole” to get some of that cash back?
This is not just a tiny stock dividend. This ’10-86’ Plan “loophole” can pay you up to three times the income most stocks or bonds pay…without touching the stock market…
is this a loop hole or a law
Please send me the information regarding Reagans 10-86 plan,I have tried and tried to get some where with no results.
PLEASE SEND Information REPORT to===

Would like information on 10-86 plan thank you Hugh
What information you are seeking there is no dearth of it available on the web Google 10-86 and a good amount of info is already there on Gumshoe website, 10-86 is only a term coined by Jim Nelson to sell his own version of MLP recommendations..
As a Financial Advisor who has had 2 clients walk into my office this week with the same report from Mr. Nelson read the top paragraph and it sums these up nicely. The best comparison would be to high dividend stocks. These are publicly traded and you can lose money, just like stocks.
As a rule, if someone sends you an investment in the mail from a company you have never heard of and wants $89 to tell you how to make millions, throw it away. That being said MLP’s can be purchased in many brokerage accounts.
MLPs are not right for everyone. There are risks
and tax compliance issues that need to be fully understood before an investor considers owning an MLP. MLPs can
make sense for some investors in higher income-tax brackets who can benefit from the tax deferral that comes with owning MLPs. Most MLPs can provide a yield higher than the market; however, understanding what this yield is and the risks involved is very important.
The key thing is, these are no mysteries. They are publicly traded symbols, try BPL, ETP, SXL, PAA, NS for examples.
Offer “What you’re about to see has the power to give you enormous confidence in the markets.
If you take advantage of this, I’ll also “pay” you $7,403.”
