Americans owe a deep and abiding debit of gratitude for current and former members of the Public Safety Community. When through the normal course of events, people become emotionally disturbed, society must intervene.  It has been my experience that Stuart Crystal has demonstrated both aggressive behavior, and harassing communications.

Requests have been made to cease all telephone, email and online communications, and the only response received, has been additonal harassment and threats. Mr. Crystal is a retired Miami Dade Police Detective, is known to carry a .45 caliber fire arm and has expressed the desire to used as he sees fit.

Mr. Crystal demonstrates a criminal demeanor, most specifically when trying to intimidate and harass people. His past relationships with women and their unwillingness to deal with him best define who this person is, and represents his true nature. For those people who have experienced the madness of Stuart Crystal, one does not need to be schooled in the art of phychology to understand the danger this man represents to society as a whole.

He freely admits he is a sick man, emotionally and physically. The question so man people have asked is why the State of Florida has not revoked Mr. Crystals concealed fire arm permit and placed this man in a facility for psychiatric observation, where he will receive the help he needs.

Clearly, Stuart Crystal  who is a resident of Boyton Beach, Florida is an emotionally unstable man, evidenced most recently by deranged and criminally threatening emails and voice recordings. Mr. Crystal needs help, and for those of us who reside in a community where such a man lives freely, we are all at risk.

I call upon our community leaders to harness the resources and get Stuart Crystal the mental health assistance he deserves. We must not discard the emotionally unhealthy former heroes of our society who have lost their way. Unaddressed, this man will most assuradely cause bodily harm to others, and himself.

The time is now for us to act and ensure that we preserve, protect and prevent a tragedy from occurring, again, Mr. Stuart Crystal with a published address of 9835 Lemonwood Ct, Boyton Beach, Fl 33437, needs our help, I hope that anyone reading this email will arrange for an intervention.

I complained at their help desk that they have been spamming my cell phone and email with unsolicited text messages. I got response from five different help-desk staff to my tickets that they are sorry,
about it and they are going to stop sending text messages but it never happened, and I don’t see it happening any time soon.
Each day I have to delete at-least two text messages and email messages while cursing them all the way.
I could see that they have been into tie ups with unscrupulous vendors who don’t honor their verbal promises.

Internal Obstacle to Noise Control Law Enforcement in Houston Courts

Hello Howard, 30-4 “Amplified Sound” does, at this time, makes it easier for law enforcement to cite the boom-box crowd because there is no db(A) requirement as long as the sound emitted from the motor vehicle is clearly audible at 50 feet or greater. My burden of proof is made relatively easy….did you hear amplified sound, ie music, emanating from Joe Smuck’s automobile? Yes. Was that amplified sound, music, audible over 50ft.?

Yes. State will pass the witness at this time your honor. I cited this Sunday and arrested the driver for Driving While License Suspended. It’s a great probable cause stop because the personality/attitude that advocates this behavior is typically the individual that thumbs his nose at the law and the civil/constitutional rights of other people.

The problem I am running into is with the young municipal prosecutor crowd that does not take these noise violations seriously. They will dismiss the violation before even discussing the situation with me. These prosecutors think that noise is a non-issue and not worth their time to pursue. This needs to change now!

I am currently begging my supervisors to allow me to institute the SAE J2825 testing procedure to enhance my enforcement of COH Ordinance 30-3, “Noisy Vehicles Generally.” Youtube has a video from an SAE representative that explains the simplicity of this test; a test that will remove all subjectivity from the enforcement of noisy vehicle violations. It makes perfect sense to me, why won’t the City allow this objective test and take the heat off of me and my “opinion?” Rick

Is it just me or does it feel like the Law enforcement of Minneapolis are almost siding with gangsters, drug dealers, thieves and hoodlums by intentionally letting them get away with crimes but focus more on pulling the hard working American over and giving them a ticket for going 5 miles over the speed limit.

We have criminals all over minneapolis dealing there drugs robbing stores and citizens and there going to keep getting away with it because our Law enforcement of Minneapolis  is scared or doesn’t want to do any real police work.

SHE WAS NEVER MY PARTNER IN ANYTHING. SHE IS ON DRUGS AND WHEN I FOUND THIS OUT I ASKED HER TO LEAVE, AND THEN SHE WRITES A BAD REVIEW OF MY SHOP. I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 20 YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANYBODY.

ALL I WAS TRYING TO DO IS HELP SOMEONE OUT. HERE SHE IS DEFAMING MY NAME AND MY STORES REPUTAION. A CUSTOMER ACTUALLY CALLED ME UP TO SEE THIS, AND THEY WERE STUNNED THAT SOMEBODY WOULD WRITE SOMETHING THIS HORRIBLE.

I CAN ASSURE EVERYBODY THAT IM HONEST AND MY PRICES ARE THE BEST IN TOWN.   I APOLOGIZE FOR YOU HAVING TO VIEW THESE LIES BY HER.

He owes me $530. Not just from working but he sold some of my things. I told him once I didn’t have money for groceries. He gave me $20. I would LOVE to publicize these texts. We were supposed to be partners but after I turned him down I was no longer welcome.

If I went into details about what I did and how nice I was about him not paying me it would be pages. He’s. 6′ and 300+ pounds.  I am not intimidating to him whatsoever.
