I was here researching another client whom I was getting ready to sign a contract with when I ran across this post on York Street Properties, a company that I have been doing business with for almost two years. I object to the negative commentary as it is contrary to my personal experience with York Street. My contract with York Street has always been honored and handled in a professional manner. Having had the opportunity to interface with many of his investors, tenants and purchasers of his properties I can say with confidence that there are exponentially more satisfied customers than this post alludes to. York Street has helped numerous people become first-time home buyers and/or successful investors. I normally choose not to participate in these types of conversations, however in this case I feel it is warranted as again my experience has been nothing but positive and I think it is good that everybody understand there are always two sides to every story.
