Why DailyWealth Premium is not so valuable.
by xxxxxxxx in Service Ripoffs
After several years of subscribing to what they call, Daily Wealth Premium I feel that Sjuggerud is a bit inexperienced, does not have sufficient market skills under his fold, and the proper past perspective for his judgment calls. As an example, he likes to say the phrase “XXXXXX is as cheap as it’s ever been” a lot, whereas “been” in the case of stocks is merely 20 years and assumes a typical post-WWII recovery (i.e. further P/E expansion from an already overvalued level).
Or he’ll pooh-pooh the inconsistency between comparing trailing P/E and forward P/E which is a very mainstream and erroneous fad.
He recently admitted that the trend is more important than valuation, but he has tended to be a bit too early on his calls. His relatively recent and future calls may be more finely-tuned now that he relies on systematic models from his True Wealth Systems service which appears to be mostly optimized with moving averages with fundamental factors.
That said “DailyWealth Premium is not even an advisory., It’s ads only. They advertise how well they’ve done in the past.
Don’t go there to find any new buying opportunities. I read it primarily for educational purposes, to keep up with trends, etc.

Shah Gilani’s ‘The Spin Trader’ |SCAM| or Legit
by xxxxxxxx in Service Ripoffs
Shah Gilani is pitching his new service, The Spin Trader, for Money Map folks as a way to exchange of the long-observed tendency of spin-offs; this service is getting lots of interest from retirees.
I invested $495 in his newsletter The Spin Trader I was looking for a chance to make a quick gain wanted to cash in on those high return of spinoffs that are being hyped energetically.
If these people will recommend 15 to 20 spin offs a year, 2 to 3 a month, why start off their first newsletter by announcing “This is not a spinoff”.
I am very much saddened by this but I will wait before cancelling ‘The Spin Trader’ (for a 90% return of the cost) after two months, hopefully with recommendations more in tune with their exciting promotions.

Is Rackspace the No 1 Cloud Computing stock touted by Motley Fools?
by xxxxxxxx in Service Ripoffs
Rackspace was also recommended by the OXFORD Club in January, it was trading around $30.- I would say that the market is grimy. I would rather invest on companies like GE, particularly now that they are reducing their finance commitments, WFC, and the likes.
I want to be invested in cloud computing before it becomes a craze among common investors

Louis Baseness’s “The White Cap Report” | SCAM |or Legit
by xxxxxxxx in Service Ripoffs
I have not benefited from the White Cap Report over the past year; Performance wasn’t good in the first several months I PAID to subscribe to sending me these long-drawn-out, mind-numbing, and repetitious videos that need a hell lot of endurance and time to conclude.
I subscribed to White Cap Report about 5 months ago. It’s a quite an out of the ordinary newsletter, but I detest the fact that they have at least 2 people assigned to send out mails. Seems to junk up my inbox. What irritates me the most is that in every email there is a” special” ‘White Cap Report’ that costs between $ 50 and $ 200 cash.
The DNA Dallas company is just the most recent one such.
I still have my subscription in force but will allow it to expire because they do a lot of option trading. At the price I paid, I can’t lose a lot of money and there is always the chance that I can hit a big winner in any case, after some time atleast.

Stansberry’s Investment Advisory (”End of America” Video or some such).
by Oxley in Product Ripoffs, Service Ripoffs
Stansberry’s Investment Advisory (”End of America” VIDEO or some such). It’s a fairly simple algorithm: those who pump scare stories with a product pitch at the end are really offering nothing. Any truly intelligent and knowledgeable investor is concentrating on growing their own assets and not trying to suck dollars from bank accounts of little people. Unfortunately, the small investor usually only figures this out after having turned money over to the scam artists.
The way to financial success is very, very straightforward: save, save, save and invest in assets that offer steady growth over time (think investment grade bonds, market-sector leading companies trading below historical norms, and so forth). I highly recommend Ben Stein’s book “You Can Time the Market” which presents the most intelligent framework for how to analyze market conditions, for index or individual stock investments.
This author Ben Stein is the same who also played the science (math?) teacher in “Wonder Years” who happens to be an economist and was in a previous administration on the President’s Board of Economic Advisors.
And note: you can probably find his book in the library, or used on Amazon for about $3.00. There’s all the investment you need to start learning.
Back to saving — save on the order of 20-30% of discretionary income a year if in your 20’s/early 30’s and if you don’t squander on “get rich” gimmicks you will be independently wealthy by 50. If you are 55+ with limited savings, don’t waste your money on trying to turn $5000 into $5 million because most likely you will turn $5000 into $0.
Its Stansberry’s Investment Advisory “End of America VIDEO”
IS THAT SIMPLE ?

Can you Buy Gold @ $421 an Ounce through this “Jewelers Loop Hole”
by xxxxxxxx in Service Ripoffs
Greg Plumer of Absolute Wealth is now touting about some Jewelers Loop Hole that could make you a fortune by showing you a method that could buy Gold at 1/3 the price I am very cynical and concerned how this could ever be possible I tried decipher his claim by watching the much touted Video.
He claims it is some kinda Jewelers Loop Hole.
I want to put myself in a position to be able to buy Gold at 1/3 its Market Price but the description at the first sight seems hilarious buying any thing at its all time high is nothing less then foolish I know..
He talks about a loop hole that enables you could buy Gold for less then $ 421 an ounce this all sounds fishy to me He goes in minute unnecessary detail about How he met the guy who showed him this secret of buying Gold , at 1/3 its market price does any one out there have the patience to listen to his lengthy presentation.
This all seems to me to be a stuff for bamboozled… tricked… duped… and flat-out taken advantage of…
Presentation and a just another conspiracy.

Mcconnells Auto Sales |Scammers| (Jonesboro Ga)
by xxxxxxxx in Product Ripoffs, Service Ripoffs
I have witnesses and proof that “Mcconnells Auto Sales” sells wrecked vehicles that’s been repaired some “SALVAGE” SOME CLEAN TITLES SOME PROBABLY STOLEN ,but for sure wrecked I went to the dealer found out then the cluster had been changed ,mileage the oil and battery gauges were rigged to stay in one place to seem as if everything was running normal it had 32,000 miles on it when they sold it to me but I found out it was 52,000 no movement/never worked ,the frame was broke and re-attached.
I took it to the dealer the vehicle was wrecked I complained that the transmission was slipping after the first 15 days they wouldn’t do anything about it , so I had it replaced at my expense and I paid $1500.00 down paid the vehicle down from over $ 20,000 to $8,000 plus replace the transmission the first month 2750.00 had $750.00 special equiptment, and brand new $4,200 tires & rims didn’t fall behind much they agreed to allow me to pay every other week until things picked upthese people are not stupid they know damned well I was paying for this vehicle and knew i was going to pay it off hell I was a good pay master they are just greedy and dont give a dam I never received a certified letter or a phone call /2011 they lied and said I can redeem it back just pay the behind fees they say leave the rims & tires on because you will get it tomorrow but the “SCHEMA ” was to keep me at bay until they could transport it ,they decide not to let me have the vehicle back unless I pay $3,000 over the amount they say I owed over 9,000 to pay it off which isnt fair the vehicle is worth still 12,000 to 13,000 plus my rims & tires which they wouldnt let me have none of my personal property inside the vehicle ,a brand new “LAWN MOWER”in the bed of the vehichle, mothers wedding ring all type of personal items.
I kept with me all the time like my mothers senior citizen metal social security card “rip” mom anyway the point is I was cheated and Im not the only one you’ll see I was going to give them $2500.00 leaving owing $5500.00 I calculated ,but that was’nt enough they want to sell it to someone else probably for $18,000 plus the $15,000 they got from me a total of $33,000 for a 2005 SO IS THAT FAIR OR WHAT HELL NO. someone need to sue the pants off of Mcconnell Auto Sales.

Have you analyzed, Martin Hutchinson’s ‘Permanent Wealth Investor’
by xxxxxxxx in Service Ripoffs
Have you investigated the Permanent Wealth Investor yet. Neil George (of Personal Finance) reco’d this company that is being touted here as “Alpha Bulldogs” ad for Martin Hutchinson’s Permanent Wealth Investor newsletter — over 2yrs ago & it’s down about 50% since then. it seems to have ‘A Bright Future for Destruction’
Permanent Wealth Investor cost $895 for big promises, its descriptions are hilarious I can’t guess what this is. I have seen one lately on corporate bonds. What about preferred stock?
“Alpha Bulldogs” ad for Martin Hutchinson’s Permanent Wealth Investor newsletter — the marketing for this one is everywhere, current thinking here is to keep doing what’s working.
If I had a sure thing that works and is risk free, I wouldn’t be selling the secret or giving it away.

Motley Fool Stock Advisor’s Apple Core # 3 Stock |Beware|
by xxxxxxxx in Service Ripoffs
TTM Technologies (TTMI) well this seems to be the stock Motley Fool Stock Advisor is touting as the Apple Core # 3 Stock .
As the Stock Gumshoe Travis Johnson has sniffed out on his sleuth BLOG.
The stock had a very steep fall recently and it looks dirt cheap now with PE Ratio of below .5 but this could be a red alert as well, Interestingly this very same stock was Motley Fool Stock Advisor favorite pick in the recent past.
Could it be a very smart move to get into this Motley Fool Stock Advisor pick, I should say PCB’s are a very boring business to be in, unless TTM Technologies has very special connections with Apple to survive and excel.
This could also be a pump and dump candidate as well Buyers BEWARE
Any ideas ??

Beware of PSV Retirement Millionaire Newsletter
by Dean Seigneur in Service Ripoffs
If you are interested in dealing with a scam operation, subscribe to the Retirement Millionaire Newsletter. If you want to want to avoid scams, avoid this newsletter.
I subscribed, never received anything from them, have called three times to cancel, have never received any refund.
I am now going to report them to the Better Business Bureau for fraud as well as any other organization on the internet that I can find to report and warn people, especially senior citizens, of scams. Be very cautious of this scam operation.
