‘Stansberry’s Investment Advisory’ Doomsday Character of DC Comics

by xxxxxxxx in Service Ripoffs

Last week, Porter published the latest issue of his newsletter, Stansberry’s Investment Advisory… and it’s already become one of the most popular and controversial things he’s ever written. Thousands of e-mails are pouring in from subscribers, and copies of it are popping up all over the Internet.

Because Porter believes this information is so important, he’s making the full issue available to readers for free, with absolutely no strings attached.

As Porter writes, “Americans know, in their bones, that something terrible is happening. Maybe you can’t articulate it. Maybe you don’t have the statistics to understand exactly what’s going on. But my bet is, you think about it a lot.”

This letter explains in plain English exactly what is happening and why.
If you’d like more information on Stansberry’s Investment Advisory just Google them..

Woodall Rodgers Screwed Up! Thanks Tom Leppert (Downtown Dallas)

by xxxxxxxx in Service Ripoffs

Woodall Rodgers closed again this weekend Well, it will be another aggravating traffic jam downtown this weekend. Of course, it is a pain in the ass traffic back-up every single day when one must take Woodall Rodgers. I have never seen such a good cross town freeway screwed up as bad as this one. And all of this aggravation to plant $16 million dollars worth of trees and shrubbery. Read the rest of this entry »

How the strange disappearance of element “107″ could make you a fortune In short, one of Earth’s most valuable elements – which I’m calling element “107″ because of its atomic mass – has been vanishing from global stockpiles at an alarming rate.
Most interesting part of this tease is the potential money at stake for investors who invest in this element today.

Can you Buy Gold @ $421 an Ounce through this “Jewelers Loop Hole”

by xxxxxxxx in Service Ripoffs

Greg Plumer of Absolute Wealth is now touting about some Jewelers Loop Hole that could make you a fortune by showing you a method that could buy Gold at 1/3 the price I am very cynical and concerned how this could ever be possible I tried decipher his claim by watching the much touted Video.

He claims it is some kinda Jewelers Loop Hole.
I want to put myself in a position to  be able to buy Gold at 1/3 its Market Price but the description at the first sight seems hilarious buying any thing at its all time high is nothing less then foolish I know..
He talks about a loop hole that  enables you could buy Gold for less then $ 421 an ounce this all sounds fishy to me He goes in minute unnecessary detail about How he met the guy who showed him this secret of buying Gold , at 1/3 its market price does any one out there have the patience to listen to his  lengthy presentation.
This all seems to me to be a stuff for bamboozled… tricked… duped… and flat-out taken advantage of…

Presentation and a just another conspiracy.

SAMSUNG BLU RAY PLAYERS ARE A RIPP OFF!

by STEVE in Product Ripoffs

Samsung Blu Ray players cannot play Blu Ray DVD s! I have contacted Samsung Tech support 5 times Jan-August 2011 asking why I can\’t hear sound on Blu Rays from NETFLIX. Each time they tell me that I MUST wait until they do another firmware update.

I BOUGHT A BLU RAY PLAYER SO THAT I COULD PLAY BLU RAY MOVIES and Samsung admits that are receiving many calls but they do not honor my request to repair or replace the unit under warranty. Just wait on more and more updates and then your warranty will expire.

Thats what Samsung talked me into doing! Continue updating and someday it may work is what I was told each time by tech support. That is utter nonsense. BUY ANY BRAND OTHER THAN SAMSUNG OR YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF TOO!

Sosasta.com Unsubscribe Help Page !

by ankur in Personal Ripoffs

I complained at their help desk that they have been spamming my cell phone and email with unsolicited text messages. I got response from five different help-desk staff to my tickets that they are sorry,
about it and they are going to stop sending text messages but it never happened, and I don’t see it happening any time soon.
Each day I have to delete at-least two text messages and email messages while cursing them all the way.
I could see that they have been into tie ups with unscrupulous vendors who don’t honor their verbal promises.
Sosasta.com is nothing more then scamming and spamming entity in India I would never recommend them to any one of my friends I would warn every one on record to beware of doing business with these scumbags.
Sosasta.com you employ sosasta {cheap} tactics to be in business.
I solicit all of you who have been scammed by these people to update their grievance with Sosasta.com on this page, let them and let every one out their know what Sosasta.com is all about.

What you need to know about “Capps’ Law” a US Govt Ripoff!

by xxxxxxxx in Personal Ripoffs

Here’s the full story on what  “Capps’ Law” means for you…
The “Capps’ Law”  “redefines the relationship between the citizen and the state in fundamental ways… Nobody has ever attempted something like this for an advanced society of 300 million people.”
That’s because buried in the law’s more than 3,000 pages are little-known provisions that could have a huge impact on your life and mine.

For example… one of the provisions gives the federal government greater ability to dip into the value of any 401(k) or pension benefits you draw over the next 10 years.
Quite simply, “Capps’ Law” is a collection of seemingly small but dangerous new retirement provisions.

There’s no question that the healthcare industry with Capps’ Law in place is America’s biggest rip-off.

And now with the federal government and the Capps’ Law getting their tentacles further into the system, things are only going to get worse.

Hiline Homes should Help me!

by kc slate in Service Ripoffs

I was told Hiline Homes was ready to pour the foundation and the mobile needed to be removed in a hurry, After removing the my mobile home from my private property Hiline Home reneged on building a home for us. After charging $5610 and not following our contract.

The contract was $1700, water availably $110 and removing the mobile was $3800.  I was relying on these professionals to guide me, just to find out I was being lied to.  The Hiline Homes is in Puyallup.  At first we were said to be qualified for this and now the mortgage company has denied this.

Now I need to get building permits etc. and unaffordable charges to me to bring my mobile back. I think Hiline Homes should help pay for this as I can’t afford to bring return the home and they have done nothing but lie to me.  Garrett of Highline Homes said a mobile would be put on the property at no cost to me but now he is saying no.

I don’t have a home on the property I must remove the garage with my disabled son’s equipment and other storage vehicles or I will get fined. I need to bring the mobile back so this will not happen.  I have been given 2 weeks.

SRE-CheapTrips Inc is a Scam

by themacway in Service Ripoffs

On Aug. 14, 2009, my husband (foolishly) accepted a deal from Cheaptrips, offered over the phone. The “membership” fee of $108.95 was taken from our Visa account on that day.

The  SRE-CheapTrips Inc offer included the promise of an immediate refund, if dissatisfied, upon return of the materials.  The materials were received.  On 9/24/09, we called and were directed how to return the packet of materials, again with the promise that the refund would be ours.

In Dec. and again in Jan. we contacted the company via their web site and requested the refund.  Their response was “You should recieve (sic) your refund on your next billing statement.”  Given plenty of time, I began to call them (first on 2/2/10).  Since then, I have phoned them no less than 19 times.  Early on, I was told it “should be in my account on Fri.”  or “would be returned in 7 to 14 days” and “would tell the supervisor to expedite the refund” and “it would be resubmitted to refund manager” and “the ref!und manager would call”  and “it has been handed in for investigation”.

In April, the replies began to take on new excuses: “the refund manager was unavailable.  Call back later.”  “The refund manager was out of the office.”  Even when I made an “appointment” for a time to call said “refund manager”, he would not take the call but would “call back”; I would be told to call at another given appointment time; or be told “he’s not in yet.” or once, was told that “he’s doing interviews and can’t be interrupted.”  Finally on June 9, 2010, I got through to Chris, the refund manager.

After explaining my request for a refund, he seemed to run out of excuses and finally told me that unless my husband called (the one who had actually made the deal), he would deal with us no further.  My husband has called 4 or 5, and has been given the same run around as I was.
We now know we’re dealing with a dishonorable outfit that is SRE-CheapTrips Inc , but aren’t ready to give up the fight! Thanks for whatever you can do!  We would like our refund!! Their letterhead gives them the title of:

Scam is SRE-CheapTrips Inc.  P.O. box 2036, Cherry Hill, NJ  08034.  Customer service number 1-877-354-9440  or 1-800-211-5119.  Member: Gary Clark with ID number 2014567

I have a big time issue with NetSmartz.net

by zacharyz in Personal Ripoffs

I have a big time issue with NetSmartz.net. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Net Smartz is condescending, disrespectful, and they do not know how to do SEO work! simply as that. They make you promises and talk the big talk but, do not follow through and NOT ONE PROMISE is kept.

Unfortunately you’ve already lost thousands of dollars by then, trusting all the hog wash and excuses. We have lost money with NetSmartz, and NO, they don’t have a money back guarantee.
