In 1982 there was a company known as Town Rentals- samething however after 2 years of scamming people they were forced closed don’t use ‘Always Rentals’ these are scammers- Craigslist should ban their adds-investigate them please-they take up space

Reality Homes Not Much Better

My wife and I have very similiar problems with our home built by Reality Homes of Spokane. The installed the wrong trusses during construction, charged thousands more than the verbal quote for concrete. My celing has a large crack down the center which I am still fighting them to get repaired.

The slab in the garage has two large cracks on both corners after 10 months, no rebar or mesh was used. We had to prod the foreman along constantly during construction to get things done.

The price was right but now we have to put more money into it to make it right. Judge for yourself it it is worth it. Get everything in writing and don’t let them talk you into waiting until the end or the warranty to “fix all the problems at once.”

Ripoff story: I went to school with this turd. Me and my brother-in-law drywalled and painted his remodel he contracted. I luckly got paid partly by the homeowner, but my brother-in-law didn\’t get anything. He also took money from the homeowner and didn\’t finish the job. He took the money and went on a vacation to Hawaii, then filed bankrupcy. I filed a claim with ccb, but since he filed bankrupcy I couldn\’t get money from his bond. What good is a bond then, I could have put a lien on the homeowner, but she got ripped off too. I guess you can\’t trust anyone, anymore. His full name is John Michael Stephen Morgan, don\’t hire him, if you do give him a drug test, he is dope head. If you read this you owe me money.Have a nice day.

Matt Handris of Stonecastle homes is a moron

This guy is supposed to be a contractor and builder, but he doesn’t even know what a hammer is. He got into building because of his dad and brother. We worked together for a couple of jobs and everything went fine, execpt when he decided not to pay me until I did a job for him extremly cheap.

I told him to pay me for the job I finished 2 months earlier. He decided not to pay me. Told me I had to do the cheap job in order to get paid. So I filed a complaint with the ccb. Its probably going to take a year before I get my money.

Do NOT hire this guy, he works for Icon homes now. When I called him for payment he wouldn’t answer the phone.

then wright out a fake 5 Year Lease and bring down to the Human Resource Administration for help now if the landlord finds out tell him or her you will move of for about 5 thousand dollars or more and if the owner is yelling or disrespect full call 311 make big damage to the home now you can rent to a hand full of Mexicans Port Richmond Ann Street

Santa Clara County Housing Authority is Rip-off

Voucher # V76791-01 – HUD Section 8 Recipient Kathleen Riese; Cell: 408-903-6163 E-mail: Catalexis.Jazz@gmail.com or CatalexisJazz@aol.com . Placed into a homeless status in December 2nd, 2008 and again September 22, 2009 by the Santa Clara Housing Authority who began a brow beating under handed termination attempt process – by denying me my 2 bedroom medical reasonable accommodation.

Medical Papers filled out by my doctors’ insisting I needed to have a 2nd bedroom for a live in care giver approved by the state and for the purpose of necessary medical equipment; down sizing my voucher payment to a one bedroom size increasing my payment portion to reflect the difference; falsifying my income received to double the amount I receive from Social Security and insisting I pay their portion of 3 times my 30% income, and not issuing me a new voucher when I refused to pay the increase and attempted to move into a smaller more affordable 1 bedroom unit.

I am now living in my car (until placed in the hospital thru the emergency room for life threatening medical complications from Lymphoma, Type Two Adult onset Diabetes and Depression). Kathleen Riese
