My wife and I have very similiar problems with our home built by Reality Homes of Spokane. The installed the wrong trusses during construction, charged thousands more than the verbal quote for concrete. My celing has a large crack down the center which I am still fighting them to get repaired.

The slab in the garage has two large cracks on both corners after 10 months, no rebar or mesh was used. We had to prod the foreman along constantly during construction to get things done.

The price was right but now we have to put more money into it to make it right. Judge for yourself it it is worth it. Get everything in writing and don’t let them talk you into waiting until the end or the warranty to “fix all the problems at once.”

Has anyone had any experience with this company. The sales pitch is one of those “sounds to good to be true”, but if they are legit I would like to get involved with them.

I was told Hiline Homes was ready to pour the foundation and the mobile needed to be removed in a hurry, After removing the my mobile home from my private property Hiline Home reneged on building a home for us. After charging $5610 and not following our contract.

The contract was $1700, water availably $110 and removing the mobile was $3800.  I was relying on these professionals to guide me, just to find out I was being lied to.  The Hiline Homes is in Puyallup.  At first we were said to be qualified for this and now the mortgage company has denied this.

Now I need to get building permits etc. and unaffordable charges to me to bring my mobile back. I think Hiline Homes should help pay for this as I can’t afford to bring return the home and they have done nothing but lie to me.  Garrett of Highline Homes said a mobile would be put on the property at no cost to me but now he is saying no.

I don’t have a home on the property I must remove the garage with my disabled son’s equipment and other storage vehicles or I will get fined. I need to bring the mobile back so this will not happen.  I have been given 2 weeks.

Tried to buy rimless glasses from Glasses USA.  Bifocals,  ‘Glasses USA’ sent back glasses with the top of
The bifocal in the middle of the lens !  I sent them for adjustment……..they lowered the bifocal 2 mm.
Still I couldn’t.  see out of them !  They only permit one return !

Now , based on their claim to ‘guarantee satisfaction’ I want my money back.
They will only return 50 per cent. ,
Why? Because they only return 100 per cent when their product is faulty.

Their product WAS faulty !

The latest series of calls comes from 460-266-8369. Calls have been coming since December 2010 from California, Honolulu, Seattle Washington, New Haven Conneticutt, New Jersey, Arkansas, Arizona. The earliest calls were handled as a dual call pitch. The first caller screened me as a potential client and promised a second call to take credit card numbers and collect a fee.

I discovered a call blocking app for my phone and have collected an extensive list of phone numbers for these folks.

Do not give them your time, money or credit card numbers.

Purchased copy of retirement trader published by Stansberry & Associates Investment Research for $1500.

I have not received any communication from Stansberry & Associates Investment Research since my purchase on Jan 8,2011. Their phone is always busy. My emails have been ignored.

Sometime   ago   I  had  account which  i  closed  with  bank of  America.  I  closed  it.   They  deliberately left  a    $150  residual  deposit  and  charged  me  until  the  account   exhausted  this  sum.
Ripoff   by  bank  of  America Upon  withdrawing  account  they  said  to withdraw  there  would  be  a   20   dollar  charge I  refused.  They  deliberately  withdrew  a  residual  250  dollars  and  charged  me  for  this  amount  until  it  was  exhausted

I applied for an advance online because I really needed the money and I signed up for a website I thought had good credentials. 3 days after my bank calls me telling me that I was overdrawn because of a $49.98 charge.  I did not anticipate this charge, so I called them up to get my money back. They gave me some confirmation number and told me that the money THEY CHARGED will be returned by 3-5 business days but they can’t refund the overdraft fee.

Okay, so guys when you get this kind of problem you can call your bank and ask for a one time courtesy credit and just tell them that the company that charged you refunded your money. Make sure that you have your confirmation numbers and transaction numbers so they can verify or something.

The message was from John Meyers editor of Myers Energy&Gold Report.
He stated that Goldcorp (GG) was Quote.”To take over Gold American Mining Corp”.

In the article that he had written in Moneynews.com he states that the Sila stock would be worth $104 a share with a6 momth target price of $5. Based upon his recommendation that I should by”Now” I bought 6000 shares @$.83 per share. Since then the stock has lost over 60% of it’s value. I am still waiting to get the news that it was bought out. I am unable to get thru to John Meyers and ask when is this going to take place before I go to 0. Any help will be appreciated.

i reported to ebaymotors that my car was trash really .It had a bent subframe.a bent rear axle and the air bag was not funtional because it still had the red light on, major parts had to be replaced.it had oversized tires on a 2008 pt cruiser, the tires were rubbing against the transmission casing , the passenger side tire was rubbing againstthe wheelwell.THIS IS  VERY IMPORTANT|>THE CAR WAS REBUILT  TITLE WHICH MEANS IT HAS PASSED STATE INSPECTION  AND APPROVED TO BE DRIVEN ON THE HIGHWAY. It cost me a fortune to get it passed by my mechanic for the road.When i picked it up the car was filthy .and had a big dent in the drivers front fender, this is ebaymotors example of excellent, also dealer had a rating of 100%
